Initial Planning
We’ll sit down to talk about your unique love story and your vision for your celebration. Then, we collaborate to create a custom planning timeline using an interactive online tool to encompass all your wedding-related tasks. The timeline is a living document we continuously update throughout your planning journey to keep track of every detail—that way you don’t have to keep it all in your head! The platform allows us to easily communicate, upload files, assign tasks, view our progress, and more. In the early planning stages, I assist you in honing your overall wedding vision, locating ceremony and reception venues, budgeting, setting up hotel blocks, and selecting top-notch wedding professionals.
Take a Breath
The pace during the middle of your planning process will be more relaxed since all the major components for your wedding will be set. This is a perfect time for us to focus on the fun design details that will make your wedding unique and representative of you as a couple and of your love story!
Later Planning
As we approach wedding day, the pace picks up and we have a lot of work to do to ensure everyone is on the same page for your day. I handle the logistical details to make your life easier, liaising with venue representatives, communicating final arrangements to wedding professionals, organizing logistics, and creating timelines for the vendors and your wedding party.
Rehearsal, Wedding Day, and Beyond
I orchestrate your rehearsal so everyone is aware of their wedding day roles and expectations. On wedding day, I’m the one supervising the wedding professionals, ensuring your wedding vision gets translated into reality. I’m there behind the scenes doing any job that needs to be done and calmly and efficiently handling any issues that arise so you and your loved ones can focus on enjoying one another and celebrating. When you walk down the aisle, I’m there at the back arranging your dress and fluffing your veil. Before you enter the reception, I’m the one lining your wedding party up and prepping them for a night of fun. Throughout, I’m the one quietly ensuring everything goes as planned and runs according to schedule. I’m there to be your extra pair of hands, your supporting arms, your always smiling friend.
